1.1. The purpose of the present general terms and conditions of sale (referred to hereinafter as the « GTCS ») is to define the rights and obligations binding Editions Pro Musica (SARL registered in the commercial register of the Canton of Bern under number CH-, having its registered office at Chemin du Roc, 2, CH – 2333 EVILARD, Switzerland) and its purchasing customers within the framework of distance sales concluded through its website (
1.2 Any purchase of an item on the site implies acceptance by the buyer of the general terms and conditions of sale in force on the day the order is placed. The latter acknowledges having read them before the conclusion of an order.
1.3. The general terms and conditions of sale may be modified by Pro Musica Editions. Any modification of the GTCS will require the buyer to be informed via the Editions’ website.


2.1. Prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF), all taxes included.
2.2. The prices indicated do not take into account shipping costs, which are charged in addition and vary according to the weight, size and destination of the package.


The payment of orders is made upon receipt of the order confirmation. The terms of payment appear on the order confirmation (bank transfer; PayPal; bank cheque). The reception of the payment conditions the shipment of the goods.


The goods are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer at the time the order is placed. The delivery methods used by Pro Musica Editions are mainly La Poste (by tracked parcel). In the absence of a postal solution, Pro Musica Editions uses the services of private transporters.


5.1. Any order may be freely cancelled by the customer before the goods are dispatched. Pro Musica Editions then commits itself to refunding the goods.
5.2. After shipment of the merchandise, any cancellation of the order by the buyer will lead to the latter taking charge of the shipping costs but also of the costs of returning the merchandise. Pro Musica Editions will reimburse the buyer for the merchandise.


6.1. Within the framework of the personal data protection policy exercised by Pro Musica Editions and in accordance with the RGPD which came into force on 25 May 2018, the buyer has a right of access, rectification, deletion, opposition and limitation of the processing of your personal data. You may exercise these rights by written request addressed to the Editions’ e-mail address:
6.2. Pro Musica Editions does not market the data collected on customers.


7.1. Any dispute relating to a sale will be brought before the Swiss courts even if the goods were delivered abroad, if the order was placed from abroad, or if payment was made abroad.
7.2. In the event of a dispute relating to a sale, the applicable law shall be exclusively Swiss law.
